Forced Resin Molding
FRM (Forced Resin Molding), a patented process, stands as the most cost-efficient and sustainable method in the world of composites today. It holds a respected position in the industry, capable of supplying standard part shapes using various processes to meet volume requirements, ranging from prototype builds to mass production. Moreover, FRM can satisfy the physical needs of other materials like metals. Notably, the FRM process offers the unique ability to mold a one-piece shaped part, making it a formidable challenge in the world of composites.

Composite Systems
PulGrid®, a 463L master pallet for military logistics, and Elevate™, a composite aisle frame system, are both engineered using PolyHyperine® FR an advanced polymer resin platform designed for extreme performance and rapid manufacturing. PolyHyperine® FR supports both UV-cured and thermally activated processing, achieving full cure in under 45 seconds with a glass transition temperature exceeding 200 °C and no post curing required. This inherently non-flammable, high strength material enables aerospace grade performance at automotive scale production speeds, reducing costs while delivering durable solutions for defense, transportation, energy, and infrastructure applications.
